We've had the opportunity to work with a lot of clients since 2009 and while we'd love to list them all out here for you to view, we cannot. Some have requested we remove them for various reasons (such as outsourced projects, copyrights, or just simply interest in anonymity). Below is a collection of some of our projects that showcases a ranged skill-set giving a little more insight on our capabilities. We'll do our best to update this as often as possible.
We're working to create more elaborate case studies on past projects, as well a few pending completion. We will feature these projects at the top of our Portfolio in the coming weeks. For now, you can view each project by clicking the thumbnails below, finding a brief description and link to view it (if the website is live and available). If any questions, please contact us.

iFanzine

- Client: Ruan Shiels
- Date: 2011 - 2013
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations
iFanzine contacted us for developments to their Score template by GhostPool. They are a website that promotes iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad games of interest and gives amazing reviews of various products from the Apple Store. Though they were unsatisfied with the way their Slider looked and inquired about having it resemble the one used by the Apple Store.
There were some requests for fine-tuning certain frontend features, along with modifications to the current design and brand. We changed the look and feel of their website in general to try and replicate a similar feeling as the app store, with rounded icons for featured images, color and style of certain areas. We added new banner options and general tweaks and modifications.
BevGig

- Client: John Chuharski
- Date: N/A
- Service: WordPress, Web Design & Development, Branding, Logo Design
Pending it's completion, BevGig is one of our 10 top biggest websites we've participated in. Built on WordPress, developed using the premium theme Salutation by Parallelus, with integration (partial and full) from such resources as JobPress, JobRoller and WP JobBoard, along with other resources.
Quest Fitness

- Client: Jim Clanin
- Date: 2011
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations, Branding
Quest Fitness is a re-branded version of the KingSize WordPress template. Client had provided us with pre-designed visuals (PSD's) and asked our assistance in slicing and applying their proposed design.
The experience of this project was a pleasure. Not only was the client extremely professional and helpful in providing the necessary files (PSD) for our work, he created a stunning and very unique design that we could apply to our premium theme, KingSize WordPress.
We added some new functionality and backend options for easy management, such as social icons, resized the body to accommodate a smaller width and removed a lot of the unnecessary options client did not required on his live website.
GhostPool Customizations & Developments

- Client: Bryce Wisekal
- Date: 2014 - 2016
- Service: HTML, PHP, WHMCS, Web Design & Developments, Branding
Here's a preview of what we did for GHostPool Customizations as a landing page. Designed from our faithful designer, Rongen Robles, he created an eye catching, very visually friendly design that we use to promote customizations and developments for GhostPool buyers.
Natre

- Client: Havard Tveit
- Date: 2011 - 2012
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations, Branding, Design
Natre is another re-branded and heavily developed version of the KingSize WordPress theme.
We introduced several new scripts into the template, one specifically that stands out is it's ability to 'slide in and out' the content from various posts and pages with a slider-like feeling. It's been fully re-branded based on visuals provided by the client, removing a lot of it's existing functionality and replacing it with new options at clients request. Serving a very unique usage of KingSize WordPress from it's native behaviour.
A fully re-customized backend to suit the clients specific needs and use.
Overmined

- Client: N/A
- Date: 2012 - 2013
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations
Overmined is an Entertainment company that offers "Exposure for Independent Musicians and Entertainment for music Fans". Using the template Score by GhostPool, they reached out to O.W.M Consulting to inquire on having some minor modifications and customizations, along with some light branding that would better improve the template for their specific needs.
NHL Predictions

- Client: Erik Amzallag
- Date: 2013
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations
This client came to us with a unique request. The idea was to use a template called Score by GhostPool that already offered an amazing rating system and sorting functionality. Though this client wanted to take it a bit further than the normal, and far beyond the common reach of outside-the-box thinking.
Having already contacted GD Star Rating developer regarding his request, he was informed it was impossible to do. He wanted to create the ability to sort GD Star Rated posts by the "Date" and it's "Rating". So if a post made 3hrs ago had a larger rating than the one posted an hour ago, that post would display ahead of the lower-rated posts.
Andrea Perrin

- Client: Andrea Perrih
- Date: 2011
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations
Andrea Perrin is a great example of our Installation and Setup services.
She had contacted us inquiring to update her current website by replacing it with the premium theme called InProfile by GhostPool (though no longer available). As a photographer, this template was a perfect solution.
Though having limited time available, as well the experience to work in and around WordPress, Andrea wanted our help to install and setup the website for her, adding in content, images and setup of all the related pages in her new website.
As with almost all clients, she was extremely pleasurable and rewarding to work with.
Mark Burger

- Client: WebManna
- Date: 2013
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations, Branding, Design
Outsourced from our friends at WebManna, they contacted us due to their own heavy workload and unfamiliarity with certain types of requirements. They had proposed a re-branded version of the premium theme called Flagship by Kriesi.
Primarily a project that consisted of Responsive Design, we sliced and followed the provided visuals for re-branding this template. At a quick glance you can see the differences between the two.
We also introduced a few new shortcodes for the client to use.
Micky Flanagan

- Client: N/A
- Date: 2012
- Service: Web Development
This was a uniquely collaborated project with a good friend (and client). Based on the WordPress framework of KingSize WordPress, we integrated the HTML template Storm by ThemeCatcher and it's design into ours.
Just from a quick glance you can see how vast the differences are between the templates. The reasoning for this project was that the client required a WordPress website and not HTML. Basically, we had stripped the design from KingSize WordPress and replaced it with that of the Storm template. It went smoothly for the most part, aside from a few minor scripting conflicts.
The end results of this project were outstanding and a great example of what is possible when developing pre-existing templates to carry a new design, look and feel than it's original state.
Shop Project

- Client: Quince Wong
- Date: 2012
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customization, Design
Another template by GhostPool that was removed by the author is Exhibit. This client had been developing his purchase for awhile now and with a [then] recent update to WordPress, it broke some of it's functionality. Aside from this, there were some pre-existing conflicts in the scripts that he needed help resolving.
Having updated the template successfully and resolving those issues with scripts, we also performed branding and introduced some new light-weight frontend functionality to compliment and improve on it's existing behaviours.
Topanga County Art Gallery

- Client: Kerry Ross
- Date: 2011 - 2012
- Service: MySQL, PHP, Web Design & Development, Content Management System
On referral from a past client, Topanga Canyon Gallery contacted us in regards to creating a custom PHP site for a competition they hold on a yearly basis. In short, they are an Art Gallery, and each year they have people submit their artwork to the website to be judged by a jury panel based on various requirements and different categories.
Their requirements were that we "keep it as simple as possible" for users, jurors and administrators. With this in mind we created a one-page form for submissions that requires payment via PayPal for those submissions to succeed. Once successful on payment, that submission is sent to the backend where two account types have access, Juror and Administrator. Based on requirements, Jurors could only see so much information as not to be bias when judging submissions.
Goldspun Designs

- Client: Linh Nguyen
- Date: 2011 - 2013
- Service: HTML, PHP, Web Design & Development, Branding, Design
The owner of Goldspun Designs came to us with a simple request.
Create a static HTML website that included an image she provided and a PHP contact form for her clients to communicate. She didn't want to get too complicated and create an entirely custom website for her online business, as she was already accustomed to using Etsy.com, that already offered her all the resources and accommodations that were needed to sell her products.
So using a simple PHP contact form, we created this which suited her needs.
Wisekal

- Client: Bryce Wisekal
- Date: 2009 - ONGOING
- Service: WordPress, Web Design & Development, Branding, Design
Having [personally] procrastinated on this far to long it is still incomplete, though visual design is done. To the right, you can see what will soon become the Wisekal.ca website - the personal website to Bryce Wisekal and family. Built on the WordPress platform and fully branded by our designer [Rongen].
[Personally] having always been fascinated by the [then] newly released Facebook Timelines, it was the intention to create a website that could be used as a blog and interact with it's visitors much like the Facebook Timeline. With a lot of new features and options added to give it it's own personal / unique flair.
You can click the image to the right to open the gallery that will display the proposed visuals for it's completion. It is hoped that this website will be launched sometime in the near [2014] future.
Ashiley Miller Photography

- Client: Ashley Miller
- Date: 2014 - ONGOING
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations, Branding, Design
Ashley Miller contacted us after purchasing the KingSize WordPress theme to inquire about some minor branding and changes. We modified the navigation from being pointed to having a rounded bottom, then added different coloured menus and background containers throughout the website. This added a fresh, unique and friendly look to Ashley's website.
KingSize Fullscreen Background WP Theme

- Client: Buyers Worldwide
- Date: 2011 - ONGOING
- Service: WordPress, Web Design & Development, Themes, Branding, Design
KingSize WordPress is a Premium WordPress template that we've developed and sell exclusively on Themeforest.net. To date, we have sold over 17,500+ licenses to our theme with a 4.5 star rating.
It is a theme targeted at Photographers, but offers a lot of flexibility. Fullscreen backgrounds (sliders, images, videos), 7 unique custom galleries, portfolios, blogs and many shortcodes! Also supports Visual Composer and is Ecommerce ready using WooCommerce.
Christian Film Database

- Client: Roger & Annelie Rudlaff
- Date: 2010 - ONGOING
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations, Branding, Design, Administrative, Hosting
The owners of Christian Film Database came to us with inquiries about updating their [then] self-hosted PHP site that was driven by Microsoft Page Builder in 2010. They inquired about a template available on Theme Forest called 'ReviewIt' by GhostPool. In doing so, they also wanted us to find a way to automate the migration of their old listings (approximately 1000) into the new WordPress environment, at which point we had to build a custom script that properly carried those over into WordPress' custom post-type, Reviews.
Now almost 4 years later, they have thousands of listings on their website using ReviewIt, that has fully be customized and branded to suit their needs. Providing SEO, hosting services, branding and design, along with administrative services, we have worked together to build what is known today as the largest online resource to Christian films. An on-going project we take great pride in being a part of.
SoDope
- Client: Indy Puaar
- Date: 2011 - 2013
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations, Branding, Logo, Design, MySQL
It was so amazing having the opportunity to participate in SoDope. What an honour! The client came to us knowing exactly what he wanted. Laid it out for us and our designer started stencilling out the concepts discussed. A few back-and-forths and we were able to get a solid plan at which time we began designing the look and feel visually. Our designer did an amazing job with this custom design.
Based on the premium theme MediaStore (as it's foundation) we redesigned the theme to cater to our specific needs based on what our client and designer came up with. From there, we began introducing a lot of new features and functionality. Such as "Share to Download" and daily limitations. Custom BuddyPress communities, post-types and a fully integrated custom MP3 player that allowed continuous play as you browsed the website.
An extensively large, well detailed, well organized project that end on a good note. Though at this time, the website has not gone live. We are demonstrating an older version (now a bit outdated) on our local staging environment. Please note that not all features are enabled, nor work due to it now being outdated.
Nail Nerdz / Nail Innovationz

- Client: Avry Bablitz
- Date: 2015 - 2016
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations, Branding, Hosting, Administrative
Avry and her team contacted O.W.M late 2015 with hopes of regaining control over a loosing battle with her website and past developers. Having already spent thousands on web design and developments, unhappy and still incomplete, they were at final straws with desperate hope. Nail Nerdz is a very successful and popular brand of Gels, Nail Polishes, aesthetics and other related supplies.
They needed a new, functional, modern website that met their specific requirements, which was SEO friendly, looks pleasing, manages their products with Quickbooks and can handle online sales. With their help and direction, we were able to accomplish exactly what they've been after the whole time. A success story for O.W.M, a client so happy in our development and design services, is also now an Administrative and Hosting client.
So You Think Your Job Sucks?

- Client: Jesse Tyree
- Date: 2015
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations
Based on the premium theme Gauge by GhostPool, this client had intended creating a website that would be based largely on frontend submissions and user accessibility. The intended flow was a user would register, then using a submission form, submit a post from the frontend of the website that would automatically be published on submission. Additionally, it required some new options requested on submission that would on submission, become new meta options in that post type. On the frontend of the website, we developed the posts to remove some of the native options (that were unnecessary to this project) and include a few new spots for details now being included in the new post type. The project was a huge success and the end results of their work looks amazing!
Ugly Home Buyer

- Client: Leon Cook
- Date: 2015
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations, Design
Another premium theme development, Ugly Home Buyers had purchased the premium theme Vivacity by GhostPool. Leon had approached us regarding customizations making it better suit his specific needs and resolving some of the issues he faced. Prior to his contacting us, Leon had contacted a few other companies that were unable to achieve what it was he needed and when contacting us, we were able to achieve exactly those requests.
Layout design and development, we incorporated a few changes and setup things that would allow the use he envisioned. We also included a few directional inputs from the client when adding new features requested, such as the phone number, address and management of certain content. Overall the project was a complete success and the client also provided an amazing Video Testimonial saying thanks!
Dario Villarcres
- Client: Dario Villacres
- Date: 2013
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations
This client had purchased a premium theme from GhostPool called "TheGossip" but his requirements for the theme needed it's body / container being much more narrow than it is by default (see the second image above). In addition to this, he wanted to have some of the responsive design modified so when viewed on mobile, it was presented a little differently. A fairly simple problem in modifying the flow, width and layout of a premium theme.
SendaScript (Pharmacy App)
- Client: Fabian McCann
- Date: 2013 - 2014
- Service: HTML, Web Design & Developments, Branding, Logo, Design
SendaScript is this fantastic App idea that makes ordering and paying for Prescriptions incredibly painless. Built for convenience, it's an App that allows you to scan your prescription, locate the closest pharmacy (based on location and hours) and will send that prescription for being filled. In addition, you have multiple ways of paying via your phone and will receive confirmations once that prescription is filled and ready for pickup.
An absolutely stunning idea and for such, it needed an absolutely stunning App-themed website! The style is becoming more and more popular for Apps and as landing pages for products. Proposed as a one page, easy to use website, we developed a clean colourful site that complimented their apps use of colours.
This project was a complete success and made some incredible friends along the way.
Jai Jot Designs

- Client: N/A
- Date: 2012
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations
A very casual, simplistic project that simply required some help in branding the website with a colour scheme that matched their 'earth-like' preference in colour tones. A friendly Ecommerce website that sells handmade designs.
Norla Healthcare
- Client: Lee Mason
- Date: 2014
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations, Branding, Design, MySQL
Norla Healthcare contacted us to complete development and functionality requirements for a website they had already begun building. They had chosen to use the Plexus theme from GhostPool that suited the layout and feature preferences. Their graphics designer provided us with PSD and PNG visuals that they required being applied to the WordPress website. In those visuals, it also proposed several new functions that were custom and unique to it.
They required the ability to have a custom forum where "Approved Representatives" would stand out in their replies and posts. Where users could rate and approve responses. They also wanted a simplified memberships area, taking away much of the clutter default to BuddyPress. We also created a custom sorting feature that was dynamic and AJAX handled when filtering Media from their website.
Sections were intended to be unique based on where they were within the website, so we branded various areas that were colour schemed accordingly and each of these areas were intended for different types of memberships and features/accessibility to those member roles.
The project was a huge success and the end results turned out great!
Reidy Communications
- Client: Dan Reidy
- Date: 2013
- Service: WordPress, Web Design & Development, Design, MySQL
Reidy Communications, Dan Reidy, contacted us regarding a very outdated WordPress website that was displaying multiple database related errors. The problem was, it was 2013 and their WordPress installation was running 2.0 version - long outdated! The problem with updating? Their theme was designed for that version of WordPress and when updating would break the theme designed for their website. Simple in it's design, they wanted to maintain the exact same look and feel, but required updating due to errors and multiple vulnerabilities.
Our job here was to update the WordPress installation and develop the theme 'as is' to be capable with the version of WordPress currently available. It was a complete success. In addition, we discovered a number of vulnerabilities and database errors, at which time we cleaned up the database and made things a little more secure.
After the initial developments were complete, the client's satisfaction led to additional opportunities in re-designing some layouts and updating content within a few of the then-outdated pages.
Origin of Image
- Client: Soula
- Date: 2012
- Service: WordPress, Theme Development & Customizations, Design
This client approached us with a design already in mind for using our premium theme, KingSize WordPress. Unable to apply the design correctly from image files, we were hired to complete the branding process. We also worked to develop functionality and styling around the design proposed, to create a unique and stylish version of the KingSize WordPress theme.
